How do I book a session or programme with you?
Please email us at authenticdogtraining@gmail.com or text / whatsapp us on 07942334804 and we will organise a free 15 minute enquiry call with you to explore how we can help you.

After the enquiry call we can discuss the appropriate programme and sessions for you and book a convenient time for the first session.
What training methods do you use?
We use kind, force free, rewards based training. We will always do our best to do no harm, scare, bully or hurt your dog. We believe choice gives a dog the space and time to grow in confidence and develop trust which goes a long way to successful training and behaviour modification.
What if I want to cancel or reschedule a session?
We understand that life happens and things need to be rearranged. We do ask for at least 24 hours notice please if you want to rearrange a session to give other clients an opportunity to take your booking spot.
If you book an individual session and decide later on that you do not want to proceed, you can cancel the session 7 days before the booking for a full refund.
Cancellations and withdrawal from programmes can be refunded in full if done in writing 7 days before the first session. If you've had one session of a programme and decide that you do not wish to continue, we will refund you for the remainder of the sessions left in the programme pro rata.
What is the enquiry call for?
The 15 minute call is a chance for you to ask questions and for us to discover how we can help. If after the chat we think that you would be better helped by another professional with specialist knowledge and skills we will gladly recommend or refer you on.
